We have created a new user-defined field and once it got published all users cannot log in to SuperOffice CRM. We all get the error:
An item with the same key has already been added.

Why does it happen and how can we fix it?
The errors occur when one or several users were editing other records in SuperOffice CRM when the user-defined field was published. This caused duplicate in user-defined field table ProgID or UdefIdentity field. The solution is to manually change duplicate values so that the format of the records follows the database rules.
